Peuterey Store c/o Roermond Designer Outlet

I bought a jacket at Peutery Outlet Store in Roermond last week A guy named Huzaifa assisted me in my purchase. Great service! He was friendly, patient, and helped me find the right jacket quickly. I’m very happy with my purchase and the assistance I received.

Bought a jacket here last year. The jacket got stolen this year, I emailed the store to look for the receipt, even though I have no transaction information (paid cash), and don’t even remember the amount I paid, but the store responded fast and helped me to find the receipt to claim with my insurance, this is excellent service and means a lot

Don't buy here if you value service. About 3 Months ago, i bought a very expensive jacket from the store (it usually retails for 900€ but it was a special offer for 600€). Before I purchased it, I explicitly asked the staff how warranty cases are handled since I live 250km away (Germany). One of the staff members said that it's not going to be an issue - just email them and everything is taken care of from there. Incidentally, after only 8 weeks of very mild usage, the zipper started to come off - which, in and of itself, is ridiculously bad for such a high-priced product. Well, "mistakes happen", I thought, and emailed not only the store, but also the official Peuterey support. Needless to say, as you can probably tell by my rating, I didn't hear back from the store or the overarching EU Support... and that is just preposterous (it's been 4 weeks since). Especially considering the price. I ended up getting it fixed at a local tailor for a couple of bucks, but still - what Peuterey considers quality and service is nothing short of embarrassing.

Recently my wife bought a pair of lounge pants. Service friendly. I have bought jacket here before. Unfortunately quality of not so cheap pants leaves much to be desired. Within a week the pants had a hole where two parts are knit. Unfortunately that has become our impression of Roermond Outlet, second quality at top price. Unfortunate.

Fun, comfortable and you find brands at reasonable prices.

Got my 3rd jacket today. I always receive proffesional help from Remco.

Ik heb een half jaar geleden een jas gekocht bij Peuterey via Remco die in de winkel was. Zeer vriendelijke man, kennis van zaken en een aanwinst voor de brand. Iemand die het begrijpt… na 6 maanden helaas een scheurtje, snel opgelost en de juiste service geboden!! Heeft begrip luisterde en heeft oog voor bieden van service wat vandaag de dag ver te zoeken is… Ik geef Peuterey en Remco een dikke 10
